For over 20 years, LandMark has completed more than 400 residential and commercial projects annually. Our firm is also involved in both designing and managing several construction projects each year. Our chief engineer, Mark W. Spitznagel, is a dedicated Christian family man who believes that being committed to his word is more important than any profit or gain.

For years, LandMark has prided itself in offering some of the best design options for high-end custom homes. We provide services in custom residential/house design which includes townhomes, high end custom homes, house additions, and renovations.
Our in-house engineering and CAD teams supply all the architectural details, elevation drawings, piling layouts, beam calculations, and necessary certifications to meet building code and permit requirements. We use multiple 3D architectural drafting and rendering software including AutoCAD and Chief Architect.
Sign Engineering
Since 1998, LandMark Engineering has offered quality analysis and design for commercial signs to individuals and other sign companies throught the state of Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. Our design portfolio includes more than 5,000 sign projects performed for over 40 sign companies. We perform advanced structural engineering analysis for sign engineering design based on the most up-to-date codes and standards with competitive rates.
